He believes that leaders should constantly grow and learn to equip themselves with the skills necessary for leadership. Amos consults with companies, corporations, non-profit  organizations, and the United States Government equipping them with strategies to develop their leadership potential.

EPISODE SUMMARY:

The leadership of a person, can and will never be effective without proper communication.  Communication is the key to the fulfillment of an organization’s plans and goals.  It is not enough to simply relay the message. There is a fine line between information and communication.  For information to be a communication, leaders must act and live out their message - walk the talk.

EPISODE NOTES:

Leaders want their team to resonate with them.  They want their team members to echo the message sent to them and be assured that they are all one and on the same page.  It is when team members and leaders reach common ground that the ball starts to roll.  However, to effectively convey a message, there are certain factors to put into consideration.  Timing, relevance and maturity.  Communication is a two way street, with these factors in tow, you are not simply sending a message, you are reaching out.  You are giving value to the people you are communicating to  by giving importance to where, who and how they are.

“Information  is giving out and communication is getting through.”
