Some leaders have the ability to address a crisis before it hits them. Others do not anticipate the crisis, however handle or resolve it well. While, there are leaders who never see the crisis coming. A good leader must see far and see before others do.
It’s not the toughest crisis that will knock you out, it is always the one that you did not see coming, the one that blindsided you.
