He believes that leaders should constantly grow and learn to equip themselves with the skills necessary for leadership. Amos consults with companies, corporations, non profit  organizations, and the United States Government equipping them with strategies to develop their leadership potential.

Putting together a dream team can be a daunting task.  There are several factors to consider in ensuring that the members of your team are in sync with one another.  One of the most important factors is putting together not simply like-minded people but more importantly like-valued people.  Apart from the skills, what needs to be similar are the values they share. This is a key element in making the team successful.

A leader cannot achieve success without the support of a reliable and efficient team.  It is imperative that in creating a team, a leader must ensure that its members do not just have the same set of skills or line of thought, but share the same principles and values.  When presented with an idea, the team members must show respect to the idea, give it value and contribute to bring that idea to a higher level. Every member must maximize the growth opportunities available to improve the goal.  There will be failures. However, it is not the failures that hamper the goal to succeed, it is in failing to learn from those failures. In your journey, failures happen to make you better.

“As you work on your dreams, you are going to make mistakes. You are going to experience failures. That is a guarantee, in every aspiration, every journey , in every dream. However the pitfall is never making the mistakes or experiencing the failures. The pitfall lies in the inability to learn from those mistakes and failures.”
